As a Gov 2.0 rollout manager, you are responsible for implementing Gov 2.0 principle in 1 or more committees - Reduce private committee conversations and gather consensus to eliminate private committee channels. Then ask the "Internal Coms" channel to make the necessary changes
- Reduce committee salaries to 15,000 JPEG, add at least one committee members with a different background/perspective then the existing committee members
- Train the committee to separate Governance from Execution. Demonstrate specific and useful bounties
- Help the committee reach consensus around bonuses
- Answer questions move all execution to the Bounty Board by Feb 1st.

Scope and Requirements:
- Use the Governance 2.0 instructions put out by Bgold to build a proper rollout plan for the respective committee. - Develop clear definitions of roles and responsibilities within the respective committee. - Develop brief summaries of processes that will need to be followed by committee members. - Develop strategies on how committee members are expected to delegate tasks using the Bounty Board.
- Explain diversity prioritization when acquiring leadership for new committee spots. - Develop clear rules and strategies for bonus structure amongst board members. - Provide all of this information above in a clear, concise document that will be added to the shared Google Drive. This document should be clear and straightforward.
- If additional meetings/discussions are required outside of the development and completion of the document, an additional 5,000 $JPEG fee for each live meeting/discussion will be assessed.
